Scout Care will be co-hosting the “Dog Days of Summer” event at Lincoln Commons August 7th 5:30-7:30pm. and we are looking for volunteers to help us handle dogs** and man the CCR informational booth.
Lincoln Commons is a great host and local spot in Lincoln Park, over 79% of the residents are pet owners and this event specifically draws a large crowd for dog people. (roughly 150-200 people & pets!)

Set-Up: 4:30pm
Placement: There will be a site map sent over next week. I will be sending it out to all registered volunteers once I get it!
Parking Garage: 2316 N Lincoln Ave (all parking will be validated by Ali (who coordinates all of Lincoln Common events), please bring your parking ticket with you and Ali will place a sticker on it, so you don’t have to pay)
**We will need 2 of the volunteers to pick up a dog from CCR to bring to the event. Please plan to arrive at CCR by 4pm to allow for drive time to the event. Volunteers with the dogs will need to leave the event slightly early in order to get back to CCR by 8pm to drop the pups off.
